In class over the last few weeks we have been creating our class waka. As part of our waka we made self portraits using google draw. On google draw we used the polyline feature to draw the features of one half of our faces before trying to colour match to the other side of our faces. Below is an example of one of our self portraits.

WALT: Make four inferences from the text and the find evidence
I enjoyed getting to read the book. I found it challenging to make four different inferences. To be BTB(Better Than Before) I would find more evidence.

Welcome to Whenua 2020

Kia ora and welcome to our blog. We are a group of 29 Year 6/7 students from Paroa School on the West Coast. This term we are focusing on the Treaty of Waitangi and Tikanga around the Marae. At the end of the term we will be going to visit our local marae in Arahura.
